OrgAI terms of service
Effective 6 October 2026
The service
OrgAI is a marketing application operated by Prasyn Technologies. For a client business, it drafts posts and ads, checks each draft against that business's own rules, and publishes to the business's own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Meta ad account. It publishes only after a named person at the business has approved the item. The module that connects to Meta is listed on Meta as Prasanthi Hive (App ID 1309899034583159).
Your accounts and your content
The client business owns its pages, accounts and ad accounts, and everything published on them. OrgAI acts only through access the business grants, and the business can revoke that access at any time.
Approval
Nothing is published without approval. The business names the person who approves. They approve the exact version that goes live, and the approval is recorded in a way that can't be altered afterwards.
What Prasyn provides
Software and advice. Prasyn builds and runs OrgAI and advises on campaigns. Decisions about what to publish, how much to spend and whom to reach belong to the business.
Improving the service
Prasyn may create aggregated statistics from activity in OrgAI — counts, timings and patterns that identify no person and no client business — and use them to improve the service for everyone using it. This is the only purpose of Prasyn's own for which the business's data is used, and the business's agreement to these terms is what permits it.
Individual records and customer lists are never used this way, and are never shared between clients. Anything OrgAI learns for one business stays with that business. A business may opt out of this use by written notice to Prasyn.
Responsibility
Because the business owns the accounts and approves every item, the business is responsible for what is published, and for meeting the advertising policies and laws that apply to it. To the extent the law allows, Prasyn is not liable for loss arising from content the business approved.
Takedown
Content published through OrgAI is taken down on request. The request can come from the business, from a platform, or from a person with a valid complaint. Email customersupport@prasyn.com.
Agreements
These terms describe how OrgAI works. Any paid engagement is also covered by a separate written agreement between Prasyn and the business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here. Questions: customersupport@prasyn.com. See also the OrgAI privacy policy.
