OrgAI privacy policy
Effective 6 October 2026
What this covers
This policy covers OrgAI, a marketing application operated by Prasyn Technologies, and the modules that make it up. The module that connects to Meta is listed on Meta as Prasanthi Hive (App ID 1309899034583159), and this policy is the privacy policy for that app.
OrgAI manages client businesses' own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Meta advertising. It is designed so that content is published only after a named person at that business has approved it.
Who is responsible for your data
Two parties handle your data, in different roles:
- The business you contacted decides why and how your data is used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, it is the Data Fiduciary. Its own privacy notice is linked from the lead form or page you used to contact it.
- Prasyn Technologies runs OrgAI on that business's behalf, as its Data Processor. Prasyn handles your personal data only to carry out that business's instructions. Separately, it uses aggregated figures that identify nobody to improve how OrgAI works, which is described below.
What OrgAI processes
| Data | Where it comes from | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry and lead details | Meta lead forms, WhatsApp, or the business's website | Name, phone number, email, locality, property details, budget range and timeline. |
| Page and advertising performance | Meta | Impressions, engagement, spend and cost per lead. These are totals, not profiles of people. |
| WhatsApp contact | WhatsApp, when you choose to message the business | Your WhatsApp number and the messages in that conversation. |
Why it's processed
- So the business can reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate or book a visit.
- So the business can see which of its advertising works, and spend sensibly.
- So the business can keep the records Indian tax and warranty law require.
OrgAI does not sell personal data. It shares your data only with the platforms that carry the conversation you started (Meta and WhatsApp), and with the infrastructure providers Prasyn uses to run OrgAI, which process it under contract. These providers may store data outside India.
Improving OrgAI
Prasyn uses information about how OrgAI is used to improve the service for the businesses using it. This is carried out on aggregated figures and patterns — counts, timings, and the categories of post or advertisement that perform well — and not on records that identify an individual.
The following limits apply to this use:
- Aggregates are produced from data with direct identifiers removed, and are used only at a level of grouping that does not permit an individual to be identified.
- Customer data is not transferred between client businesses, and anything OrgAI learns specifically for one business remains with that business.
- This use does not result in marketing to you on behalf of any business other than the one you contacted.
Consent
Every lead form OrgAI runs shows a consent notice. The version of that notice is recorded with your enquiry, so it's always possible to show exactly what you agreed to.
How long it's kept
While your enquiry or project is active, and for up to 3 years afterwards for warranty and statutory purposes, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner. Advertising performance is kept only as totals.
Data deletion
To have your personal data deleted, email customersupport@prasyn.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address you used. Or reply DELETE in the WhatsApp conversation you had with the business. Include the phone number or email address your enquiry used.
Confirmation is normally provided within 7 working days, and in any event within the period required by applicable law. The exception is records the business is required to retain under Indian tax or warranty law, which are deleted when that obligation ends. Step-by-step data deletion instructions are on their own page.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to:
- see the personal data held about you;
- correct, complete or update it;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to act for you;
- raise a complaint about how it's been handled.
Send any of these requests to customersupport@prasyn.com. Requests are passed to the business that holds your data. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes and governing law
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. It is provided for information and does not itself form part of any contract; the contractual terms between Prasyn Technologies and a client business are set out in the OrgAI terms of service.
