FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

About the pilot, paying per output, and what a workflow is allowed to do.

What exactly am I paying for?

Finished outputs you accept, such as a reconciled payment report or a batch of drafted replies. After the pilot, each type of output has a price we agree in writing before anything is charged.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. In return, I ask for honest feedback and permission to write up what we learned, anonymised if you prefer.

What if an output is wrong?

Send it back. Outputs you send back aren't charged, and each one tells me what to fix. Risky actions can be set to need a person's approval before they happen, so mistakes are caught before they matter.

Can the workflow change things in our systems?

Only what we agree in writing. For each job we list what it can read, draft and change, and which actions need a named approver. Every request and decision is recorded.

Which AI models do you use?

It depends on the job. Workflows are designed so the model can be swapped, so you aren't tied to one provider's pricing or outages.

How is our data handled?

Before anything runs, we agree in writing which systems and data the workflow can use. Access is limited to what that job needs. If you'd rather start with sample data, that works too.

How many pilot spots are there?

Three. Once they're filled, new applications go on a waiting list.

Who will I be working with?

Me, Dinesh. I run every pilot personally.

How do I apply?

Fill in the short form on the pilot page. I read every application myself and reply by email.
