Prasanthi Hive
Prasanthi Hive is the marketing module of OrgAI, operated by Prasyn Technologies. It drafts the posts and advertisements a local business needs for its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number, and publishes nothing until someone at that business has approved it.
Approval before every publish In pilot
What it does
The work a marketing person would do, waiting for your yes.
-
Drafts posts and advertisements.Written to the business's own brand, and to the topics it wants left alone.
-
Publishes to the business's own accounts. Its Facebook Page and Instagram account, once a named person there has approved the exact item.
-
Collects the enquiries that come back. From the business's Meta lead forms, passed to that business to follow up.
-
Reports what the advertising cost and produced.Spend, reach, engagement and results by campaign, as totals rather than as profiles of people.
-
Keeps the WhatsApp message templates.Created and kept in step with Meta's approval status.
How approval works
Nothing reaches the public on the software's own authority.
The business names who approves. That person sees the exact item that would go live, and what goes live is what they approved. Every approval is kept, so there is always a record of who approved what, and when.
The business keeps its own pages, accounts and advertising accounts. Prasanthi Hive acts only through the access that business grants, and that access can be withdrawn at any time — from the business's own Facebook settings, or from inside the app. How to disconnect, and how to have data deleted.
Where it is today
In pilot, and not yet open to other businesses.
Prasanthi Hive has not yet been submitted for Meta's review. It runs in development mode, on the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and advertising accounts of the businesses the Prasyn team operates, and no others.
A connection that delivers enquiries into a business's own Google spreadsheet, and reads back the stage changes typed into it, is built. No business has connected a spreadsheet yet, and what it reads and writes is set out in the privacy policy.
