Delete your data from OrgAI
Effective 6 October 2026
If you contacted a business that uses OrgAI — or its Meta module, listed on Meta as Prasanthi Hive — through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, WhatsApp or the business's website, and you want your personal data deleted:
- Email customersupport@prasyn.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address you used. Or reply DELETE in the WhatsApp conversation you had with the business.
- Include the phone number or email address your enquiry used, so your records can be found.
- Your personal data is deleted, and confirmation is normally provided within 7 working days, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
What isn't deleted
Records the business is required by law to retain, such as GST invoices for a completed project or warranty records, are kept for the statutory period and deleted when it ends. Advertising performance figures are totals that contain no personal data, so they aren't affected.
