OrgAI — a done-for-you AI marketing engine for local businesses.

OrgAI writes the posts and ads a local business needs, checks each one against that business's own rules, and publishes nothing until the owner has approved it. The enquiries that come back are handled in the business's own records, set up for its trade. It's the governed-workflow method applied to marketing.

In pilot Approval before every publish

How it works

Nothing goes out that the owner hasn't seen.

  1. AI drafts

Every post and ad starts as an AI draft written in the business's own brand voice.

  2. Rules screen it

A compliance layer checks each draft against the business's prohibited topics. It fails closed: if a check can't run, nothing publishes until a person has reviewed it.

  3. The owner approves

The owner approves an exact snapshot of the post or ad. What goes live is what was approved, not a later edit.

  4. It's recorded

Every approval is written to an append-only record, so there's always a trail of who approved what, and when.

What's built in

Built for more than one business from day one.

Each business kept separate

Each business has its own brand system, its own prohibited-topic rules, and its own platform access, with every business's tokens encrypted separately.

From ad spend to walk-ins

Leads are traced back to the ad that brought them, using campaign tags and ad IDs. Each week the business sees its cost per lead and cost per site visit against its own targets.

Owners own everything

The business's pages, accounts and ad accounts stay the business's. OrgAI acts only through access the owner grants and can revoke at any time.

The other half

The enquiries get handled, not just generated.

An ad that produces enquiries nobody follows up is just an expense. OrgAI carries the enquiry through into the business's own records, set up for the trade it's in.

Enquiries land in one place

Someone fills in the business's Meta lead form, or messages its own WhatsApp Business number. The enquiry goes into that business's records rather than sitting in a platform inbox nobody opens.

The business's own team replies

Its staff answer, book the site visit, log each follow-up and take the enquiry through to a sale. Prasyn doesn't sell to anyone's customers — the business does.

Set up for the trade

The stages and fields suit the industry the business works in, interiors today, rather than a general-purpose CRM somebody has to configure before it's useful.

Every enquiry keeps the advertisement it came from, so the business can see which ads bring customers rather than clicks. Its pages, accounts, WhatsApp number and ad accounts stay its own, and OrgAI acts only through access it grants and can revoke.

The number to beat

162 leads at ₹242 each, over 90 days.

That's what one interiors business got from a single Meta instant-form campaign run by hand, before OrgAI. It's the baseline OrgAI is measured against. It isn't an OrgAI result, and when OrgAI has results of its own, they'll be published here beside it.

Where it is today

In pilot.

Posts have published to the pilot businesses' own Facebook and Instagram accounts through the approval flow. The app runs in development mode, so it reaches only those accounts and isn't open to other businesses yet.

Publishing architecture independently implemented from publicly documented design patterns. No source code derived from AGPL or other copyleft projects.
