  • A per-output price, agreed in writing before anything is charged.

  • One person who knows the job and can review the output.
  • Access to sample or real data, within limits we agree.
  • Honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.
  • Permission to write up what we learned, anonymised if you prefer.

You pay for output, not effort.

Each type of output gets a price, and we agree it in writing before anything is charged. You pay for the outputs you accept. Outputs you send back aren't charged. There are no seat licences and no retainers.

If the workflow isn't producing output you'd pay for, that shows up quickly, for both of us.
